Rescuer's Down Under is culturally biased

Updated: Nov 5, 2018

"If The Rescuers Down Under takes place in Australia (DOWN UNDER), then why do the majority of characters have no detectable accent? I actually like the fact that the plot takes place in somewhere else other than the USA because it can educate my children that there's more out there for them. But why do they have American accents? If Miss Bianca can have an accent then so should the rest of the cast. What are we teaching our children if we show them that everywhere should be Americanized? Please, don't allow for a remake of this.
